Where will you be working?

For one of our clients, we are looking for a QA Lead who will play a key role in ensuring the quality of the software and supporting the team to build a quality software product using the latest technologies.

What are your core tasks?

You will join a team that has been working on digitization for 2 years and is in the process of creating a new product. As QA Lead, you will be responsible for the quality of the product and ensure that each release is better than the previous one. You will manage a team and collaborate with other teams to ensure the best possible outcome. You will work with the team to implement the very latest state of art technologies within the company. As an expert in quality assurance, you have the ambition to invest in people and automation. In addition, you ensure that the team in general also performs better and better.

What are we looking for?

If you are someone with experience in managing (test) teams and can also handle the administrative part involved, then check quickly if you recognize yourself in the following points:

• HBO-work and thinking level
• Extensive experience with setting up and using Test Automation with the latest technologies, such as Cypress
• Experience with stakeholder management because you work with various teams
• Experience with container tools
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
