As a Data Governance Specialist, you are responsible for defining and implementing policies and processes to ensure data quality, compliance, and metadata management within an international organization.

You work closely with stakeholders to promote a data-driven culture and ensure that data is managed effectively and securely.
Wat zijn jouw kerntaken?
- Develop and implement data governance policies to comply with laws and regulations such as GDPR.
- Improve data quality and metadata management through collaboration with data owners and specialists.
- Guide stakeholders and teams in data governance best practices and compliance guidelines.
Wat zoeken wij?
- Experience in data governance and data quality - at least 3-5 years of experience in implementing data governance frameworks and improving data quality.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations - experience with data compliance and privacy laws like GDPR, including implementation within organizations.
- Stakeholder management and communication - ability to communicate policy, guide teams, and promote collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
