This scale-up is building Europe’s most innovative car transport platform. Their mission? Make vehicle logistics as easy and transparent as possible. What are your core tasks?

As Software Architect, you’ll lead the way in technical direction. You’ll take a critical look at how things are built today and come up with ideas on how they can be improved for the future. This isn’t a role where you’ll be stuck writing specs — you’ll work closely with developers, product owners, and business teams to translate strategy into smart architecture.

You’ll help shape the structure of the platform, including mobile components, and bring clarity to long-term technology decisions. You don’t need to be deep into PHP or React – we’re looking for someone who understands architecture on a conceptual level and knows how to connect teams and ideas.

• 5+ years in software development, including time in an architectural role
• Strong communicator who can align teams without a formal leadership title
• Strategic mindset: you see how today’s decisions affect the next 3–5 years
• You bring calm, structure, and technical direction
• Experience with frontend or mobile products is a nice bonus
• No specific tech stack knowledge required — your way of thinking is key

Tech stack (for reference): PHP (Laravel), React, TypeScript, Javascript, Private Cloud, VPS, Bitbucket, Jira, Scrum

What do we offer?

• Up to €8,000 gross per month, depending on your experience and level of impact
• Hybrid setup: 3 days at the office in Zwolle, 2 days remote
• Option to work remotely from abroad for a few weeks each year
