Where will you be working?

For a large international company, we are looking for a Portfolio Manager to optimize the digital service experience and drive transformation within the organization.

What are your core tasks?

• Change & Transformation: Act as a change agent, guiding teams through the adoption of new technologies and workflows.
• Customer Journey Restructuring: Plan and execute a new digital service experience.
• Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer on a global scale, ensuring a customer-first approach.
• Budget Management & Strategic Planning: Work with leadership to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.

What are we looking for?

• Senior experience in portfolio or program management within an international organization.
• Proven track record in optimizing digital service experiences.
• Experience with AI-driven solutions and digital transformations.
• Change management expertise, with the ability to lead teams through complex transitions.
