Are you a Service Designer looking for a new assignment?

Where will you be working?

For a large multinational, we are looking for a Service Designer to analyze and improve one of their processes.

What are your core tasks?

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Identify pain points in the current process (website, app, customer service, APIs, etc.).
  • Process Analysis & Optimization: Improve internal workflows and reduce errors or delays.
  • Innovation & Service Improvements: Enhance self-service options, automate processes (AI/chatbots), and optimize route planning.
  • Collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers, operational teams, and developers to implement digital solutions and improve the user experience.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Service Designer in a large corporate environment.
  • Experience in international and complex organizational structures
  • Strong analytical skills to map and optimize customer journeys and internal processes.
  • Experience with digital product design and working with UX/UI teams.
