What are your core tasks?

At WannaFlex, the research consultants are the driving force behind our account management team. As a research consultant, you’ll play a vital role in finding the right (interim) professionals for our clients, such as FedEx, Dela, and Triodos. You’ll become a LinkedIn Recruiter expert and learn the art of psychological persuasion. And if you’re up for it, you’ll even get the chance to conduct initial selection interviews yourself! Beyond searching for top candidates, you’ll also scout for the coolest companies to place them in.

Even after completing your onboarding program, you’ll continue to receive full support from the team. What we expect from you is a curious and eager-to-learn mindset. That’s how you’ll truly get to know our clients and candidates and quickly master the terminology in our IT job vacancies.
