INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
This is the Privacy Statement of WannaFlex B.V., having its registered office and place of business in (1019 AJ) Amsterdam at the Cruquiusweg 96N, registered in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 69331448 and WF Consultancy B.V. having its registered office and place of business in (1019 AJ) Amsterdam at the Cruquiusweg 96N, registered in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 83046356 (together and each separately also referred to hereinafter as WannaFlex) and its directly affiliated organizations. This Privacy Statement applies to all persons who have contact with WannaFlex with the exception of its employees. More specifically, this Privacy Statement applies to:
- customers, visitors, job applicants, clients, contractors (including self-employed workers and suppliers insofar as natural persons) and other relations of WannaFlex;
- visitors to the website(s) of Wannaflex (https://wannaflex.nl/), or any domain name associated with it.
All such persons collectively are hereinafter referred to as "you" and "your". The words "we" and "us" refer to WannaFlex. Section 1 explains a number of terms. Those terms are capitalized in the Privacy Statement.
It is very important to us that your Personal Data is handled carefully. We naturally observe all legal regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation(AVG), and carefully and adequately secure your Personal Data.

THESE PERSONAL DATA WE MAY PROCESS FROM YOU
Below we explain what Personal Data WannaFlex may process from you.
Data provided by you yourself, such as:
- Your contact information (name, address, place of residence, e-mail address, phone number);
- Your gender information and date of birth;
- data after a telephone conversation with you;
- data from an e-mail from you;
- curriculum vitae (CV), information on education, internships and work experience
- Details of training and education and/or tests you have attended or taken yourself or through us;
- availability and leave data
- other data that are or may be important in the context of assessing your suitability as a candidate, for example, references and testimonials;
- copy of passport or ID proof may be stored and checked during recruitment and selection to verify if you are allowed to work in the Netherlands. If you do not start working for WannaFlex within four weeks, the copy passport or ID proof will be removed;
- If applicable, data necessary in the context of the limitation of hirer liability (such as name and address, date of birth, BSN, type of ID card, number and period of validity, if any: residence permit, A1 certificate, work permit).
Data received through our websites, newsletters and emails:
- Information about which device you used to visit our website;

- Whether you open a newsletter or e-mail and which parts of it you click on;
- The dates and times of your visit to our website;

Data received from other sources, such as by:
- camera images (at the relevant locations, our information boards point out the camera surveillance);
- data available through public sources and apparently disclosed by you, such as on social media and business websites;
- data from the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce and from the Land Registry.
WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- for recruitment and selection;
- for the performance of our services, including mediation, secondment, recruitment & selection, deployment of freelancers and on-lending;
- be able to assess your suitability and availability in connection with mediation for permanent or temporary work or an assignment;
- gain insight into companies where or through whom you may be employed or how we can support or advise you in your job search;
- introduce you to our clients;
- establish and maintain an employee or intermediary relationship with you and carry out the relevant administration for this purpose;
- compliance with laws and regulations, including but not limited to identification, labor laws, tax and social security laws, pension, anti-fraud and national and international sanctions laws;
- To contact you for offers, newsletters, events and promotions that may be of interest to you;
- Process data on behalf of events in which you participate;
- To verify your identity;
- To improve (the safety of) our services, including by conducting audits;
- To evaluate, research and develop our services;
- To contact you for newsletters, if you have signed up for them;
- for internal quality purposes;
- To manage, secure, customize and improve our websites;
- For marketing/commercial purposes;
- To comply with a legal obligation imposed on WannaFlex;
- To be able to interact with you and respond to the questions you ask;
- for handling your request for information and for handling complaints;
- to prevent theft, abuse, vandalism or other criminal behavior;
- for educational purposes;
- To conduct satisfaction surveys.
ON THESE GROUNDS WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA
In order to use Personal Data, we need a basis from the AVG. We use the following grounds:
- you have given express consent to WannaFlex;
- the use is necessary to perform or enter into a contract with you;
- the use is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation;
- in emergency situations: the use is necessary to protect a vital interest of yours or another's;
- we have a legitimate interest in the use, unless your interest or a Third Party's interest in privacy outweighs it.
WannaFlex may invoke the following legitimate interests:
- protecting your safety;
- protecting the safety of customers and/or others, WannaFlex's premises and property;
- For quality and training purposes;
- promote IT management and improve security;
- analyze and improve the services and content of our websites;
- Provide, improve, customize, support, research and analyze our services;
- Promoting the quality and safety of our services;
- Communicate with you and other relations of WannaFlex;
- preventing and deterring fraud, unauthorized use, and violations of our terms and policies or other harmful or illegal activities.
SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
We share your Personal Data with Third Parties only when necessary such as:
- clients we can introduce you to.
- individuals and organizations that have information about, for example, your reference or eligibility (such as diplomas) or to whom we, at your request, provide data or who, at your request, provide us with information, such as current, former or intended employers, training providers, examination institutes and employment agencies.

subcontractors and suppliers performing work on behalf of WannaFlex and only for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.
If a Third Party is engaged, WannaFlex will ensure that such Third Party maintains the same level of security and confidentiality as that maintained by us.
WannaFlex remains responsible for the processing of your Personal Data.
WannaFlex enters into agreements with Third Parties to ensure that your Personal Data is properly secured.
WannaFlex may use the following categories of contractors:
- IT management;
- website management;
- website hosting.
- WannaFlex may, through a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of its organization, share your Personal Data with a Third Party, such as with a potential buyer or seller. Of course, we will inform you about this via e-mail and/or a clearly visible notice on our website and inform you about your rights in this situation.
SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
It may sometimes be necessary to transfer your Personal Data to Third Parties located outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). In accordance with the AVG, WannaFlex will only transfer your Personal Data to countries outside the EEA:
- if the European Commission has decided that the third country ensures an adequate level of protection; or
- if appropriate safeguards are provided and you have enforceable rights and proper remedies; or
- the transfer is necessary for the performance of your agreement with WannaFlex; or
- if you have expressly consented to the transfer, having been informed of the risks involved; or
- If the transfer is necessary for important public interest reasons; or
- if the transfer is incidental and necessary for compelling interests of WannaFlex and WannaFlex has taken appropriate safeguards and notified the Personal Data Authority.
In situations where WannaFlex transfers your Personal Data outside the EEA, we take measures to ensure that your Personal Data remains properly protected.
SECURITY
WannaFlex takes the protection and security of your Personal Data very seriously and takes ongoing measures to optimally secure your Personal Data against unauthorized use. We have taken the following measures, among others:
- only persons authorized to do so have access to Personal Data, with as few persons as possible having access to the Personal Data;
- All employees of WannaFlex have signed a duty of confidentiality, committing to complete confidentiality on all information (Personal Data included);
- electronic transmission of Personal Data always takes place via a secure connection;
- the website is secured via https;
- we ensure that your Personal Data is shared with Third Parties only if we have agreed appropriate security measures with those Third Parties.
In addition, WannaFlex ensures that all its user settings, programs and services are set up from the beginning of development to maximize your privacy protection. With regard to the provision of information and services, WannaFlex uses the "opt-in rule" as standard: information is only provided or services are only provided if you have given your explicit consent. This can be done, for example, by checking a cross on the website.
YOUR RIGHTS
If your Personal Data is processed, you have a number of rights, which are set out below. You can exercise these rights by submitting your request in writing and addressed to WannaFlex or by sending an e-mail to: [e-mailadres]. WannaFlex will verify your identity before your request can be fulfilled.
WannaFlex will respond to your request in substance as soon as possible, but at the latest within one month. Your requests are in principle handled electronically, unless this is not possible or you request otherwise. For the handling of your aforementioned requests, WannaFlex will not charge you, unless your requests are excessive.

Inspection of Personal Data
You may at any time request us to specify which (categories of) Personal Data WannaFlex processes about you, for what purposes, from what source the Personal Data comes and what retention periods are used.

Change Personal Information
You can contact us at any time to supplement or correct your Personal Data. In the unlikely event that WannaFlex has incorrect Personal Data of you processed and / or provided to Third Parties, WannaFlex will immediately correct. If WannaFlex has changed your Personal Data WannaFlex will notify you.

Limiting processing of your Personal Data
If you do not agree with the content of the Personal Data that WannaFlex holds about you, in some cases you may request that we temporarily restrict the processing of your Personal Data.

Withdrawal of consent
In addition, you may revoke your granted consent to the processing of your Personal Data. Upon receipt of your letter or e-mail, WannaFlex will immediately stop the processing of your Personal Data for which you had consented. However, withdrawing your consent will not affect the processing that has already taken place.

Right to transfer Personal Data (right to data portability)
You may request the Personal Data that WannaFlex holds about you in a structured, common and machine-readable form. After receiving the Personal Data, you are free to transfer this information.

Right to be forgotten
If you no longer wish to use WannaFlex's services, you may request deletion of all your Personal Data.

Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data by WannaFlex based on the bases "legitimate interest of WannaFlex or a third party" and "performance of a task carried out in the public interest". If WannaFlex relies on these bases, WannaFlex makes a balancing of interests with respect to your privacy. The right to object gives you the opportunity to require WannaFlex to carry out the balancing of interests again.

We are committed to working with you to find a fair solution if you have a complaint about or problem with our use of your Personal Data. WannaFlex uses cookies and similar techniques on its website. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your computer. We use cookies for the functioning and provision of our services. WannaFlex is able to see how visitors use the website. WannaFlex can thus adapt its website to user preferences. On a subsequent visit to the website of WannaFlex, these small pieces are recognized.

Tracking information

RETENTION PERIODS
WannaFlex never retains Personal Data longer than necessary for the purpose of processing. WannaFlex retains your Personal Data as long as we deem necessary to provide services, enable you to use the website, comply with applicable law, resolve disputes with parties and otherwise as necessary to enable us to conduct our business activities.
WannaFlex retains your Personal Data at least for the period that you have an agreement with WannaFlex. Some Personal Data are subject to statutory retention periods. WannaFlex fully observes these legal retention periods.
Security camera footage is retained by WannaFlex for up to 4 weeks, unless longer retention is necessary in connection with an incident.
Your mediation data (CV, work experience, education, etc.) are available until >1 year after the last contact if you have not worked for WannaFlex, in the latter case legal retention periods based on employment law apply.
