What are your core tasks?
Our client is seeking an experienced Kubernetes Security Consultant to assess their infrastructure and implement the right security measures. This is your chance to make a lasting impact in a high-tech environment within a short time frame.
What will be your key responsibilities:
Assessing the Kubernetes cluster for security risks and areas for improvement.
- Advising on and implementing security best practices (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001).
- Selecting and configuring security monitoring and vulnerability management tools.
- Collaborating with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to optimize Kubernetes security.
- Documenting security policies and transferring knowledge to internal teams.
What are we looking for?
Experience with Kubernetes security in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes RBAC, Network Policies, and Secrets Management.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as Falco, Aqua Security, or Sysdig Secure.
- Experience with SIEM integration and security alerting.
- Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes Operators.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python).
