A release is ready to go live. You don’t jump straight into “looks good to me” mode, but open Postman first. Are the responses correct? What happens with invalid input? And does the data stay consistent when multiple services interact at the same time? In this role as a Software Tester API & E2E, you make sure applications don’t just work on paper, but also in real life. You’ll get a lot of freedom, work with modern systems, and have direct impact on both product quality and user experience.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n

Function<\/h4>\n

You’ll test REST APIs, design end-to-end scenarios, and make sure different systems work smoothly together. You look beyond the happy flow. Edge cases, error handling, and unexpected situations are exactly where your work becomes interesting. You’ll work with tools like Postman, Swagger, and curl, and regularly validate data directly in databases using SQL queries.<\/p>

You’ll also write simple Python scripts for testing purposes and help improve smarter and more efficient testing approaches. Sometimes manual, sometimes automated. You’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and other teams to identify issues quickly and clearly communicate your findings.<\/p>

Your work ensures new features go live reliably and users don’t suddenly run into surprises. Except maybe a surprisingly stable release. That’s allowed.<\/p>

Requirements<\/h4>\n

You’re sharp, analytical, and not afraid to ask critical questions. You have recent hands-on experience with API testing and feel comfortable in technical environments. Not because it was once listed on your CV, but because this is what you’ve actually been doing recently and enjoy doing.<\/p>

You have recent hands-on experience with REST API testing.
You work confidently with Postman, Swagger, or curl.
You have a solid understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, and request\/response structures.
You know how to design effective test cases, including edge cases and error scenarios.
You can independently write SQL queries to validate data.
You have basic Python skills and can write simple scripts.
You have experience with end-to-end testing across multiple systems or services.
You communicate clearly with colleagues and cross-functional teams.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n
