No endless meetings or heavy bureaucracy, but meaningful collaboration, strong data modelling and direct impact on how data is structured and used. In this role as a Data Engineer \/ Analytics Engineer, you will get plenty of freedom, technical challenges and the opportunity to help redesign an evolving data landscape.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n

Function<\/h4>\n

As an Analytics Engineer, your main focus will be data modelling. Around 80% of your work revolves around designing, improving and maintaining scalable data models that support reporting, analytics and data products across the organization.<\/p>

You translate complex business needs into future-proof datasets and scalable solutions. You will work extensively with SQL and DBT while ensuring data quality, testing and documentation are properly embedded through DataOps principles. You regularly collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams and know how to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.<\/p>

The environment uses Databricks. Experience with it is a plus, but the real focus is on strong modelling skills and a sharp eye for data structures and quality. An additional technical challenge comes from ongoing changes within DBT model syntax, creating plenty of opportunities for improvement and technical depth.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n

Requirements<\/h4>\n

You enjoy building reliable datasets and well-structured data models. You work independently, proactively think about improvements and communicate easily with different stakeholders. You are critical when needed and always looking for smarter and better ways of working.<\/p>

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with complex querying.<\/li>
  • Experience with DBT and data modelling.<\/li>
  • Able to work independently and take ownership. <\/li>
  • Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.<\/li>
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n
