You enjoy digging into complex Angular setups, finding the real cause of latency and turning analysis into hands-on improvements.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_organization\">Organization<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_organization\"><p>You will work in a large international organisation with a complex digital landscape and a strong focus on web performance at scale. The role sits in a cross-functional performance domain, so you will not be tied to one fixed product team. Instead, you work across systems and stakeholders, with plenty of room for autonomy and technical ownership.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Function<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><p>As Frontend Performance Engineer, you focus on analyzing and improving page load performance in an existing Angular application. A key part of the assignment is a dynamic form flow within a broader web platform, where different dependencies influence performance.<\/p> <p>You investigate where delays are introduced and determine whether the root cause sits in the application itself, the framework, third-party elements or the surrounding platform. From there, you set up experiments, validate improvements and help make frontend performance measurable on a global level.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>You have strong Angular knowledge at architecture level.<\/li> <li>You are hands-on and comfortable improving performance yourself.<\/li> <li>You have experience with frontend performance analysis and optimisation.<\/li> <li>You have solid knowledge of CDN, caching and content delivery.<\/li> <li>You can work independently in an existing codebase and complex environment.<\/li> <li>Backend understanding is a plus.<\/li> <li>Experience with SSR is a plus.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_offer\">Offer<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_offer\"><ul> <li>Freelance contract.<\/li> <li>32 to 40 hours per week.<\/li> <li>One day on-site per week is appreciated and not a hard requirement.<\/li> <li>6-month assignment with possible extension.<\/li> <li>A technically challenging role in an international enterprise environment.<\/li> <li>Plenty of room for autonomy, analysis and measurable impact.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_application\">Application<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_application\"><p>Does this job sound like the perfect challenge?
