Function<\/h4>\n

In this role, you’ll develop and integrate AI solutions — from LLMs to machine learning models — into a brand-new, scalable platform. You ensure that these solutions work reliably in real-world conditions: robust, well-monitored, and seamlessly connected to existing backend and data systems. Together with engineers, product owners and data specialists, you’ll build practical, future-proof AI applications that improve processes while staying intuitive for users. You’ll also help shape the technical direction, contributing to model monitoring, training workflows, and continuous improvement of AI components.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n

Requirements<\/h4>\n
  • 3+ years of experience in AI or ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.<\/li>
  • Solid knowledge of modern AI tooling — including LLMs, vector search, embeddings, and prompt engineering.<\/li>
  • Comfortable working with cloud environments (preferably AWS) and CI\/CD pipelines.<\/li>
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.<\/li>
  • A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on quality and long-term impact.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n
