As a Senior Business Analyst, you play a key role in digitizing and simplifying adherence processes within a highly technical engineering environment.

Where will you be working?
You’ll join a team focused on adherence and compliance. The squad’s mission is to integrate adherence requirements seamlessly into the Engineering Journey, making life easier for engineers while ensuring regulatory and internal standards are met.
You’ll work closely with engineers, stakeholders, Product Owners, and Solution Architects. A big part of your role is translating stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, leading refinement sessions, and making sure the development team always works on well-prioritized, ready-to-build items.
What are your core tasks?
This is a senior, autonomous role where your influence goes beyond analysis. You will:
• Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements with a wide range of stakeholders
• Translate requirements into high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
• Identify risks, assess impact, and define mitigation strategies
What are we looking for?
You’re a mature, pragmatic Business Analyst who’s comfortable taking the lead. You understand both business and technology, and you know how to turn complexity into clarity.
You bring:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with corporate adherence or compliance governance
• Proven experience with process analysis and process improvement
• Hands-on experience with UAT
• Fluency in English
