As an experienced Scrum Master, you help these teams perform at their best, not by controlling, but by coaching, challenging and enabling.
Where will you be working?
For a large corporate organization, we are looking for a Scrum Master to support two teams. These teams enable multiple product teams by delivering scalable platform capabilities and reusable components across web and mobile applications.
You help improve flow, increase predictability and strengthen collaboration across product, engineering and design. If you enjoy working in complex environments where platform work and continuous improvement come together, this is your next assignment.
What are your core tasks?
You act as Scrum Master for two enabling teams working on shared platforms and frameworks. Your focus is on improving collaboration, transparency and delivery effectiveness.
You:
- Coach teams in Agile principles and support growth in ownership and self-organization.
- Help balance discovery, maintenance and enablement work.
- Help visualize and manage non-feature work such as technical improvements, platform stability and design system evolution.
- Encourage teams to use data and metrics to evaluate improvements and experiments, ensuring evidence-based decisions.
- Support broader Agile transformation initiatives within the organization.
What are we looking for?
You are a seasoned Scrum Master who feels comfortable in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- You have 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or similar role in software development.
- You have experience working with platform teams, mobile app development and/or design systems.
- You have coached senior Product Owners, Engineers and Designers.
