Amber Schilling

Account Manager (Analysis Design)

Helping teams collaborate better — that’s where you come in. Not with buzzwords or frameworks for the sake of it, but by getting people to work together smarter. As a Scrum Master Analytics at this organisation, you’re the one bringing structure, rhythm, and focus to data and analytics teams that are ready to grow.

Curious to learn more? Keep reading if you're excited about:

  • Coaching teams to level up their agile maturity
  • Working in a dynamic, international data-driven environment
  • Taking ownership and making a real impact in a senior role

Where will you be working?

You’ll join a Insights team, based in Amsterdam area — a key hub in a global network of digital professionals. Your mission: help analytics teams adopt agile ways of working that actually fit their reality. The fundamentals (Scrum, Kanban) are there, but need to be sharpened, standardized, and applied consistently. That’s where your skills make the difference.

You’ll lead agile rituals like stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning. You’ll work with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to improve team flow and prioritization. You’ll collaborate closely with the Data Lead, Product Owners, architects and PMOs to align projects with strategic goals. And you’re not afraid to dive into planning, project management and stakeholder alignment when needed.

It helps if you’re familiar with how data and analytics work — you don’t need to code, but understanding the language goes a long way in building trust and impact.

What are your core tasks?

This is a senior, independent role with lots of freedom and responsibility. We offer:

  • A gross annual salary between up to €100,000 incl. holiday allowance (excl. bonus).
  • 32–40 hours per week, hybrid setup (1–2 days onsite).
  • A lean & agile environment with real digital ambition.
  • The freedom to shape your own role and take initiative.
  • Direct collaboration with international teams in Amsterdam, US, and India.
  • Plenty of personal development and learning opportunities.
  • A warm, people-first culture that values teamwork and growth.

What are we looking for?

You’re not a Scrum preacher — you’re a pragmatic coach who gets teams moving. You take ownership, bring structure without being rigid, and know how to rally people behind a shared goal.

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a data, BI, or analytics setting.
  • You know how to guide teams in agile ways of working and project delivery.
  • You’re experienced in working with agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps or GitHub Projects.
  • You’re confident managing multiple projects and aligning them with business impact.
  • You’re fluent in English — it’s the main language in your day-to-day work.
  • Knowledge of analytics, BI tools, or the data science lifecycle is a big plus.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and/or project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP) are nice to have.

What do we offer?

At this Digital organisation in Amsterdam area, you’ll be part of a global team of 1000+ digital experts. From UX to engineering, from marketing tech to analytics — every digital discipline is here under one roof. The vibe is international, collaborative and open.
