Where will you be working?

You’ll support three scrum teams in working more effectively, planning smarter and learning faster. Each team has its own dynamics and agile maturity level — roughly at medior level. Your role is to help them grow: from facilitating sessions to resolving impediments and coaching teams on collaboration and ownership. This role goes beyond a single team. You’ll also contribute to cross-team alignment and the introduction of a more unified way of working. Agile is still developing here — so there’s plenty of room to help shape that journey. You’ll report directly to senior management and work closely with key stakeholders.

What are your core tasks?

You’re an experienced Scrum Master who knows how to get teams moving — even when things are still taking shape. You know how to switch between team dynamics, stakeholder management and agile coaching.

  • You’ve worked with multiple scrum teams simultaneously.
  • You have experience in or affinity with the financial sector.
  • You speak and write Dutch fluently.
  • You’re available for at least 32 hours per week.
  • You're happy to work onsite in Arnhem on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
