Where will you be working?

This assignment is for a large enterprise going through serious transformation. You'll be part of a strong internal Agile community and a mature setup where your expertise really counts. Freelance or in contract—your choice.
What are your core tasks?
You’ll be working with two product teams building key software for customer experience and revenue flow. Your role is to keep focus, improve collaboration and guide both teams and individuals. Not just by running ceremonies, but by helping people get better at what they do—together.
You’ll coach in the moment, challenge when needed, and support a growing organisation with shifting teams and evolving architecture. You work closely with fellow Scrum Masters and stakeholders across the board.
What are we looking for?
You’re more than a facilitator—you’re a coach.
- You thrive in complex setups, enjoy spotting behavioural patterns and aren’t afraid of tough conversations.
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps/Software Lifecycle coaching.
- Proven track record in large-scale Agile environments.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
