Where will you be working?

You’ll be part of an ambitious, collaborative team with plenty of room for your input.
What are your core tasks?
You’ll take ownership of product development within a pension organisation in transition. Based on the company’s strategic direction, you define and safeguard the product vision. You’re in charge of the full backlog: prioritising, writing user stories and guiding the team through delivery. That includes participating in demos and retros, and making sure what’s delivered meets all expectations. You act as a key business representative with full mandate, engaging closely with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll make functional and technical decisions that keep the product both solid and future-proof.
What are we looking for?
You combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills and love bringing structure to complex processes. You're a natural at getting teams aligned and moving.
- Bachelor+ or Master-level working and thinking.
- At least 2 years of experience in the pension sector.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Agile mindset (SAFe experience is a plus).
- Decisive, customer-oriented and result-driven.
