Data Analyst

Where will you be working?

Are you a data-driven professional who turns complex questions into crystal-clear insights? In this role, you’ll step into a key position where your expertise helps keep large-scale operational processes running smoothly and evolving fast. You’ll work closely with product teams, analysts, and domain experts to build insights that support millions of daily transactions worldwide.

What are your core tasks?

• Work on data insights for a complex domain and gradually support additional business areas as the team grows.
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards (around 30% of your time) that product owners and operational teams use daily.
• Dive into advanced analytics (around 70%): spotting patterns, running deep-dive analyses, and translating data into clear business insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with analytics engineers to shape data models that are scalable, reliable, and business-ready.
• Use storytelling to make insights clear, actionable, and compelling for stakeholders at all levels. 

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist - Ideally in large international environments 
• Strong Power BI skills, with a natural talent for data storytelling.
• Excellent SQL - this is essential.
• Experience with Databricks, even if it’s not recent.
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling (Kimball is an advantage).
• Proactive, communicative, and confident in engaging with stakeholders across the business.
