Where will you be working?

In the first few months, you’ll work intensively with an external AI partner — after that, you’ll take the lead yourself.

What are your core tasks?

In this role, you’ll develop and integrate AI solutions — from LLMs to machine learning models — into a brand-new, scalable platform. You ensure that these solutions work reliably in real-world conditions: robust, well-monitored, and seamlessly connected to existing backend and data systems. Together with engineers, product owners and data specialists, you’ll build practical, future-proof AI applications that improve processes while staying intuitive for users. You’ll also help shape the technical direction, contributing to model monitoring, training workflows, and continuous improvement of AI components.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in AI or ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
• Solid knowledge of modern AI tooling — including LLMs, vector search, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Comfortable working with cloud environments (preferably AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on quality and long-term impact.
