As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll transform complex business processes into intuitive digital experiences used around the world. Where will you be working?
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers in multidisciplinary teams. One of the key initiatives involves modernizing and integrating existing platform capabilities into a next-generation business environment. This is far from a greenfield product. Success comes from understanding complex systems, navigating constraints, and continuously improving experiences that are already operating at scale.
What are your core tasks?
You’ll design user experiences for a large-scale enterprise platform used by customers and business users around the world. Working within a complex digital ecosystem of more than fifty interconnected capabilities, you'll help shape products that support essential business operations across international markets.
Your focus is on turning complexity into clarity. You’ll analyse existing user journeys, identify opportunities for improvement, and design solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical realities. From mapping detailed user flows to creating high-fidelity prototypes and polished interaction designs in Figma, you'll own the design process end-to-end.
Beyond individual features, you’ll contribute to the broader product vision. You understand how decisions in one area affect the overall customer journey and know how to design solutions that scale across products, teams, and markets.
What are we looking for?
You enjoy making complex things feel simple. You're comfortable navigating large organisations, balancing different stakeholder perspectives, and translating business challenges into practical design solutions. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
You have
- 8+ years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.
- You have experience designing complex web applications or enterprise platforms.
- You have strong skills in user flows, interaction design, and end-to-end product thinking.
- You are highly proficient in Figma.
- You have experience working in Agile environments.
- You communicate fluently and confidently in English.Nice to have:

- A strong understanding of customer journeys and service design.
- A data-driven approach to validating and improving design decisions.
