Where will you be working?
You step into a senior role within an international corporate environment where your overview and judgment truly matter.
What are your core tasks?
You take ownership of product operations across several product families. From intake to execution, you create clarity in priorities, backlogs and dependencies. You support PI planning, strengthen Agile governance and help teams work consistently within frameworks like Scrum and SAFe. You identify risks early, manage escalations and bring structure to resourcing questions. You work closely with product managers, architects and leadership, acting as a calm and reliable point of coordination in a complex platform landscape.
What are we looking for?
You’re a senior professional who is comfortable taking ownership without relying on hierarchy. You combine empathy with decisiveness and know when to advise, challenge or step in. You’ve worked in complex environments with governance structures and change initiatives, and you understand how product, technology and people connect. You don’t need to be the content expert — your strength lies in creating focus, structure and calm.
- You have experience with Agile environments, including PI planning, Scrum and SAFe.
- You have a solid understanding of backend, frontend and the full SDLC.
- You’re used to working in matrix organizations with many stakeholders and dependencies.
- You communicate confidently at senior and executive level and can clearly substantiate decisions.
