Product Manager

Where will you be working?

Are you a Product Manager who thrives in complex platform environments and thinks in long-term capabilities rather than short-term features? In this role, you’ll work within the Customer Identity domain, owning a critical part of a large-scale digital platform that governs how customers and organizations are structured, managed, and authorized.

You’ll operate in a mature product landscape where reliability, security, and scalability are non-negotiable, and where clear product judgment matters more than volume of output.

What are your core tasks?

• Own and execute the product strategy for Customer Identity within a clearly defined scope.
• Manage roadmap, priorities, and backlog in close collaboration with development teams.
• Translate strategic direction into clear epics and features that teams can deliver with focus.
• Balance new functionality with platform stability, technical improvements, and operational continuity.
• Work closely with product leadership on dependencies, alignment, and decision-making.

What are we looking for?

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in complex IT or platform environments.
• Strong experience with Customer Identity and Access Management, preferably in a B2B context.
• Deep understanding of user management, organizational structures, and roles and permissions.
• A platform-first mindset with the ability to challenge short-term solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Ping, Auth0, and/or Okta.
• Comfortable engaging with engineering and security stakeholders at a senior level.
• Clear communicator with strong judgment in prioritization and decision-making.
