Analysis & Design

A data landscape full of loose ends. Multiple labels, systems, and definitions. And yet, gaining control over revenue, margins, and workload. That’s your mission. As an experienced Power BI specialist, you’ll bring structure to the chaos, build clear reports, and make sure the right figures are available at the right time. Together with a Business Controller and a junior analyst, you’ll lay a solid foundation for the future. Want to make immediate impact, challenge ideas, and work in a setting where your expertise truly matters? Read on.

Where will you be working?

Via WannaFlex, you’ll join a mid-sized, fast-growing organization currently in transition — made up of several business labels and focused on further professionalization. The culture is informal and direct: short lines, low hierarchy, and a lot of freedom to do your job well. The focus is on establishing trustworthy reporting and a scalable data foundation — and you’ll play a key role in that. You’ll work as a freelancer via WannaFlex — with clear agreements, fast communication, and one dedicated point of contact.

What are your core tasks?

You’ll make sure the organization can once again steer based on accurate data. In a fast-growing and rapidly changing environment, you’ll create clarity and reliability. You’ll set up reports covering revenue, margins, cash flow, consultant workload, and customer activity. You'll work with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Excel, and focus not just on visuals, but also data quality and structure.

Beyond the technical work, you're a sparring partner for the Group Business Controller and a coach to a junior colleague. You’ll bring calm to the data landscape, support key migrations (like Excel to database), and contribute ideas on using AI agents to draw insights from data.

What are we looking for?

You’re a self-starter with guts. You understand data and know how to bring order. You naturally take on a linking role between business, finance, and IT.

  • You have senior-level experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Excel.
  • You’re familiar with financial data, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
  • You bring structure to fragmented data environments.
  • You’re not afraid to challenge IT and enjoy working with experts and juniors alike.
  • You have an interest in AI.

What do we offer?

  • A freelance assignment with direct impact and plenty of room to apply your expertise.
  • Duration: 3 to 4 months, with possible extension
  • Part time workload.
  • Hybrid work: partly onsite, partly remote
  • The chance to really practice your craft, including mentoring a junior
  • A committed team of IT specialists, analysts, and business partners
  • An informal work atmosphere with short lines and little hierarchy
