Amber Schilling
Account Manager (Analysis Design)
You’ll bring structure and clarity to a high-paced digital environment
Where will you be working?
You’ll join a large international organization that’s strengthening its digital capabilities across multiple teams. As a Scrum Master, you play a key role in creating focus, establishing rhythm, and helping a multidisciplinary product team deliver meaningful work, without losing sight of quality or people.
You’ll work closely with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and a group of experienced specialists. The atmosphere is professional, collaborative, and geared toward steady improvement rather than strict methodology.
This role is based in the Randstad area in the Netherlands, with a hybrid setup.
What are your core tasks?
You’re responsible for guiding the team through their sprint cycles, improving planning discipline, and helping them manage workload in a structured way. You facilitate ceremonies, coach the team in agile thinking, and ensure priorities are clear, even when ad-hoc requests surface.
You’ll keep communication flowing, support the Product Owner in shaping the roadmap, and maintain a calm, fact-based approach while enabling the team to perform at their best. Your focus is pragmatic: helping the team grow in autonomy, predictability, and collaboration.
What are we looking for?
You’re an experienced Scrum Master who thrives in a corporate digital environment. You understand the pressure of commercial timelines and know how to bring structure without slowing people down.
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master or program manager in digital or marketing-driven teams.
- Skilled in sprint facilitation, planning, stakeholder management, and coaching.
- Comfortable working with experienced specialists and cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with customer journeys and digital workflows.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Nice to have: experience with Asana or comparable workflow tools, and background in large-scale organizations.
What do we offer?
You step into a mature environment that values stability, clarity, and continuous improvement.
- A competitive hourly rate, based on your experience.
- A hybrid work setup: typically 1–2 days onsite in the Randstad area.
- A people-oriented culture with room to grow your coaching and facilitation skills.
- Support from a team that understands digital delivery and appreciates a calm, structured way of working.
