We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join a dynamic, multinational team in the Amsterdam area. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience strategy while also getting hands-on with the tactical execution.

Wat zijn jouw kerntaken?

• Creating and implementing the overall user experience strategy in line with business goals.

• Guiding the UX design team in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with the overall vision.
• Overseeing UX projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and goals are met.

Wat zoeken wij?

• + 10 years of experience in UX design, including experience in a leadership or senior role.
• Expertise in developing UX strategies that align with business goals and user needs, with experience translating strategy into operational execution.
• Deep understanding of user research, testing, and analyzing user data to inform decisions.
• Experience working with various stakeholders on an international scale, such as product management, development, and marketing teams, to achieve a shared vision.
